Este artículo estudia el contexto histórico y el impacto económico e institucional de las presidencias de Néstor Kirchner y Cristina Fernández de Kirchner (gobierno Kirchner-Kirchner) en Argentina. Los efectos de las principales políticas económicas durante ese período se explican, así como la caída de los índices de calidad institucional. Los desafíos de salir del populismo también se mencionan.
