Resumo

Este artigo estuda o contexto histórico e o impacto econômico e institucional das presidências de Néstor Kirchner e Cristina Fernández de Kirchner (administração Kirchner-Kirchner) na Argentina. Os efeitos das principais políticas econômicas durante a presidência são explicados, bem como a queda dos índices de qualidade institucional. Os desafios de sair do populismo também são mencionados.
